Testimony

We asked James to provide a hog roast at our wedding last weekend! We got so much more than we bargained for! James and the team were amazing on our big day! We met 6 weeks before and discussed our requirements, James was more than happy to try our off the cuff ideas! The produce from the hog roast was to die for, even the seasoned hog roast eaters passed comment of the amazing melt in the mouth pork with the best crackling ever! This along with mediterranean vegetables, roasted potatoes, home made pickle and sauces all went down an absolute treat! Even as the bride I could resist eating the cracking half way through our photographs. The team arrived at the venue bright and early and were ready to serve 30 minutes earlier than scheduled! Can not thank all of you enough for being part of our amazing day! The food and service from Hog and Flame are impeccable from start to finish. I would recommend them for any event! Wishing you all the best for the future! 

The only way to eat as a bride, is with a groomsmens waste coat on backward!
