At Hog & Flame we believe in taking the time and care to make sure every hog roast is a special event.  All our cooking is done on site and over an open fire to achieve the very best flavor.  We roast our pork low and slow over wood and charcoal to get the best pulled pork texture and mind blowing crackling we think constitutes a proper hog roast.  We believe that every hog we roast is a show stopper and seeing it gently turning over a smoldering fire will add a spectacle to any event.
